Following IVS's 2024 restructuring, my focus shifted within the same Senior TPM role from organization-wide portfolio operations to global infrastructure modernization, customer-critical delivery, operational risk, and AI-assisted program intelligence. I also helped reestablish ownership and execution mechanisms as the organization evolved.
• GLOBAL PLATFORM MODERNIZATION — Coordinated retirement of legacy production services across AWS regions worldwide. Simplified decommissioning scope and finished ahead of plan, sequencing changes to protect service continuity during a major live event.
• CUSTOMER-DRIVEN DELIVERY — Led cross-functional delivery of a customer-requested video quality capability, aligning engineering and customer stakeholders on requirements, scope, and execution to remove a barrier to continued adoption.
• POST-RESTRUCTURING CONTINUITY — Built Jira automation to identify orphaned work and support reassignment, restoring accountable ownership across the tracked portfolio. Took on Jira administration and support, reestablished domain-level portfolio responsibilities, and rebuilt source-of-truth documentation and communication paths.
• SECURITY & OPERATIONAL READINESS — Partnered with engineering and security leaders on risk-based remediation plans, exception management, and accountable follow-through to improve host and container patching readiness.
• AI-ASSISTED PROGRAM INTELLIGENCE — Used AI-assisted analysis to reconcile portfolio ownership and scope with TPM validation; modeled dependencies and specialist capacity to surface delivery risks and inform leadership reprioritization.
